Genesis Tower v0.7.1 - Bug fixes and a small buff

Well hi!

If you're one of the few hidden lurkers or occasional passer-by checking out Genesis Tower, thank you so much for being here! I've just uploaded a small maintenance patch for the game.

• Increased player maximum health from 10 to 12
• Fixed boss spawning drones in a less desirable position
• Fixed pickups being obscured by the boss room entrance
• Fixed bullets not being fired correctly when controller or mouse inputs are zero-ed out
